Usage and application :
Flotation machine applies to separation of non-ferrous metal, ferrous metal, noble metal, non-metallic mine, chemical material. And flotation machine can be used in roughing, scavenging, selection or reverse flotation.During the flotation process.
Working Princle:
Tthe rotation of the impeller produces centrifugal action to form a negative pressure. On the one hand, sufficient air is inhaled to mix with the ore pulp, on the other hand, the ore pulp is stirred to mix with drugs, and the interaction between mineral particles and air bubbles is used to achieve the purpose of mineral separation.
The impeller is rotated by V-belt of motor and produces negative pressure by centrifugal function. Enough air is sucked to mix slurry, and slurry mixes drug at the same time. Mineral sticks on bubble completely and floats on the surface of slurry to form mineralized bubble. Useful bubble is scraped out by adjusting flashboard height and controlling liquid surface.
